When we sold our house out of state, we came to Mel with a need to buy a house and get situated before (or shortly thereafter) the school year started, which gave us just a few months. Sometimes, we had to bring our high energy 3 and 5 year old boys with us to the office or on showings. He had toys to help keep them entertained and often chuckled, understanding that we were delicately balancing lots of needs. Mel has a great sense of humor and is very easy to get a long with.
