When we sold our house out of state, we came to Mel with a need to buy a house and get situated before (or shortly thereafter) the school year started, which gave us just a few months. I have never in my life seen someone work as diligently as he and Vicky did for us to make that happen. Mel listens and remembers, which is such an important attribute for someone who is helping you buy a home (or sell one, for that matter). My husband says Mel treated us like family. And he's right. He guided us through the real estate buying process with a watchful eye for our best interests. He was very thoughtful and considerate of Seller's situations, too, so he really presented both sides of the coin, so to speak, which proved helpful in showings, due diligence and negotiating. Sometimes, we had to bring our high energy 3 and 5 year old boys with us to the office or on showings. He had toys to help keep them entertained and often chuckled, understanding that we were delicately balancing lots of needs. Mel has a great sense of humor and is very easy to get a long with. We all know that buying a house can bring out the best and worse of all happily married couples and Mel navigated through those 'discussions' with grace.JUDI MUSCHI
